Q. Can I choose the colour of my Buddha Machine?
A. If you mention a colour preference in the addittional information when ordering, we will try our upmost to find the colour you requested. However, due to the nature of shipment we tend have no idea what colours we are going to receive ourselves, and so cannot guarantee the colour you will receive. Be brave, be carefree and open your box in surprise!
Q. Can I order by telephone or fax?
A. Unfortunatley no, Buddha-Machine is an internet order service only.
Q. How do I know you have received my order?
A. You should receive confirmation of your order by Email within 2-14 hours. If you do not get a confirmation please feel free to contact us.
Q. How long do you take to despatch an order?
A. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours.
Q. Is ordering from the web site secure?
A. Ordering is via PayPal and as such is completely secure.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Orders are posted by UK Royal Mail first class delivery. Please check their website for international specific delivery times.
Q. How will the package be delivered?
A. Orders under £35 will be posted first class Royal Mail, orders over this will be via recorded delivery or Special Delivery in the UK depending on total value. For international orders above £35 we will use Royal Mail Signed for service.
Q. What if my order lost in the post?
A. All orders are insured, so in the case of an order not arriving, we can issue a replacement package. In the case of UK orders, 10 calendar days must elapse after the despatch date before we consider the package to be missing; in the case of non-UK orders, one month must pass. After this time, please contact us via our customer services enquiry form to report the missing order. Please note: (i) Before a replacement package can be sent, we will require you to contact your local postal delivery office to check that the item is not awaiting collection. (In the UK, details of your local delivery office can be obtained from Royal Mail Customer Services on 08457 740740.) (ii) If we suspect that a customer's package has been stolen in the post, we reserve the right to refuse to supply further orders.
Q. What if my order is damaged in transit?
A. Orders are insured, so in the case of any items arriving damaged, we can issue a replacement without charge. Please contact us via our customer services enquiry form. We will issue you with a returns number and require you to return the damaged item(s), but you will be reimbursed for your return postage. Please do not return damaged items to us without contacting us first.
Q. If I order from outside the UK, will I pay customs charges?
A. If you are ordering from within EU Europe, you will pay no customs charges. Most other countries allow small packages to be delivered without charge. However, some charge customs duty for which we cannot be responsible for.
Q. What if I do not like the Buddha Machine, or dislike the colour? Can I return the items?
A. All orders are on a "firm sale" basis which we cannot exchange.
